John Wang & Partner's accounting division specialises in the preparation of personal and
company income tax returns. Our aim is to ensure that your tax returns are correct the first time,
are completed correctly and ensure that all relevant taxation legislation is considered in their preparation.
We act on our clients' behalf in dealing with the Australian Tax Office (ATO), and we offer help and advice
with related issues such as Business Activity Statements and GST.
Our friendly, knowledgeable staff can always advise you on tax-related matters - such as GST, BAS, PAYG. They will also answer questions you have regarding your personal or business accounts.
John Wang personally oversees the operations of our accounting division. His 35 years accounting and tax return experience is highly regarded by all of our clients.
Finance division
The John Wang & Partner finance division has provided loan services to individuals and businesses for the last 25 years.
We act as an independent mortgage lender to help our customer select the most suitable loan from more than 20 lenders we have access to.
We solicit our loans from more than 20 banks and financial institutions. These financial institutions include insurance companies, superannuation funds, and instituional investors. Our access to funds in the capital market ensures we can provide you with one of most competitive interest rates in the market.
As an independent mortgage lender, we have access to a wide range of loan products - this means that we are able to give you impartial advice and recommend the most appropriate product for you, so that you will enjoy choice, value for money and our high quality service.
We are also a member of Morgaget Industry Association of Australia (MIAA). Our outstanding service also earned us the 2004 Platinum awards from Australia finance group.
